Booking System for Hotels Group or Tourist Portal
|
 |
Currently, the disadvantage of tourism web portals is that they do not have their own on-line reservations system and have to rely on other companies to provide links or scripts that can be inserted into their portal for a commission charge and, unfortunately, a great deal of effort and time to someone else's benefit.
The proposal put forward by Venalsur® involves implementing a reservations system belonging to the tourism portal installed on your server and under a domain of your choice. With unlimited hotels, unlimited bedrooms, no limits for rates, unlimited hotel chains, etc. The only limits are those set by you.
The system has a complete General Administration Panel and a Control Panel for each hotel.
The strengths of the General Administrator Control Panel are as follows:
1. Several commission percentage rates. You can negotiate a commission for your services, charge it to the hotel and you can define up to ten possible rates and percentages.
2. Controlling a network of collaborators Supposing you have a network of collaborators bringing in hotel business for you, you can assign a percentage of those sales to each collaborator according to sales from their hotels. Collaborators can access their commission and sales reports.
3. Possibility of several languages Some hotels want to sell using a specific language or their own dialect; from the Control Panel you can give those hotels access to online translation from a source language and once you have confirmed it, the translated text can be uploaded on both your portal and the hotel's own portal.
4. Generating invoices online You can generate pro-forma and definitive invoices for your associated hotels in order to collect your reservation commissions by sending the invoices automatically to the hotels by e-mail. The associated hotel also has the possibility (from each hotel Control Panel) of viewing issued invoices and paying them by credit card. Venalsur® provides the non-coded Virtual POS link module for you to program as required with your chosen bank.
5. Sales Reports You have full access to sales reports and can issue new invoices in the event of a discrepancy with the hotel. Here is a typical example: the client has reserved three nights but does not show – the hotel tells you they failed to show and you can rectify the initial pro-forma invoice, producing another with commission for one night.
6. Controlling commission charges When the client pays a bill you can handle the transaction from the Control Panel and the payment will be recorded. if the hotel does not pay you the commission fee, you can provisionally or definitively cancel their access to the reservation system.
7. Personalised scripts You can generate reservation scripts for hotel chains, by geographical area, towns, etc. The strengths of the hotel Administrator Control Panel can be seen, here
